Issue 1: For files that are several GB in size, the visualization of the structure will not work and you will only see the outline of the volume, as in the image below. Reducing the size of the image should fix this problem.
Issue 2: In some cases the 3D visualization will only appear in a small part of the window, as in the image below. It usually helps to re-start Mist if that happens.
